Terms of Service
Last updated April 27, 2026
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the MyNetwork platform operated by Humanly (“Humanly,” “we,” “our”). By creating an account, accepting an invitation, or otherwise using the platform, you agree to these Terms.
1. Eligibility
MyNetwork is intended for licensed or pre-licensed independent mental health practitioners and the franchise operators who support them. You represent that the professional information you provide is accurate and that you are authorized to use the platform in your jurisdiction.
2. Accounts and Authentication
You are responsible for safeguarding your account and for any activity that occurs through it. We use third-party identity providers (including Google) to authenticate sign-in. You must keep your contact information current.
3. Acceptable Use
You agree not to share patient identifiers, protected health information (PHI), or other clinical detail through referrals, messages, or profile content except as expressly permitted by the platform. You will not misuse, reverse engineer, or attempt to disrupt the service.
4. Content and Member Profiles
You retain ownership of the content you publish to your profile and grant us a limited license to display it within MyNetwork as necessary to operate the service.
5. Privacy
Our handling of personal data is described in our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.
6. Termination
We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these Terms or where required by law. You may close your account at any time through your account settings.
7. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability
The platform is provided on an “as is” basis without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Humanly is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of your use of the service.
8. Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated through the platform or by email. Continued use of MyNetwork after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
